Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you will see a confirmation page and receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Please note this does not yet form a contract but an offer to us to purchase a product subject to availability, which is accepted by us at the time we debit your card or (with PayPal) when we dispatch the goods.

Payment

You can pay online with a PayPal account, or by telephone with a credit/debit card. You must not send us card details by any other means. When you place an order online be sure that your address is the address your PayPal account is registered to.

Pricing

Prices are checked at the point of charging your card or on dispatch. If a product's correct price is lower than shown on our site you will be charged the lower price. If a product's correct price is higher than shown on our site we will contact you for instructions. Benzina are not currently registered for VAT.

Delivery

UK orders are sent Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, and you must therefore be certain there will be someone able to sign at the delivery address, even if this is a work colleague, neighbour or friend. Our standard post and packing charge of £3.50 provides for dispatch to Royal Mail standard UK addresses First Class (which aims for next working day delivery) up to 750g, and as Packets (which aims for delivery within 3 working days) above this. We are happy to discuss alternative delivery instructions, including world wide delivery, but all orders must be signed for.

To check availability please email or call. When ordering for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when a goods reach your country, of which we have no control nor knowledge.

Please note measurements are approximate and vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, but the following is offered as a guide:

with a modern, slimmer fit

Men’s Polo shirts:

with a more generous traditional fit

Ladies Polo shirts:

DVDs

The DVDs we sell are intended to be played on mainstream UK DVD players, but have primarily created using the PAL formatting system, and are region code free (also known as region 0).

Diecasts

The diecasts, especially the Minichamps, feature many very small and fragile parts that may not survive dispatch. We cannot check each one, and the limited availability of these models means exchange is rarely possible. We regret we cannot offer refunds if only small parts are damaged.

Use of images and product copy

The images and copy which appear in our brochure and on our website are the copyright of Benzina.

We take much care to describe and photograph items fairly, but variations in actual goods or colour may occur.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible and in any event within 3 days of the delivery being signed for. We will then discuss how best to proceed, but the following is our usual policy. Please remember exchanges are subject to availability, and refunds are at our discretion although nothing is intended to revoke or diminish your legal rights. If you suspect good have been damaged in transit please confirm this in writing so that we may pass this to the Royal Mail for claim and investigation.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us after contacting us for a replacement (where possible) or refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in a saleable condition so do not open goods or try on clothing when there is a risk that perfume, smoke etc may taint them. You must included all original packaging and labels. The item must be protected with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent. Postage costs are not refundable. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

If you have received the item as part of a promotion or as a gift we can only offer exchange and will charge for post and packing at cost. For goods returned from outside the UK the following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration. 'mail order goods returned for exchange – do not charge duty" There will also be a handling charge of 25% of the goods retail price.

DVDs that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty

Any goods that have been specially ordered are non-refundable.

The maximum refund will be the price you paid for the goods. Refunds can only be made to the person who paid for the goods

It may take up to 14 days to be processed after arriving with us, and refunds may take up to 14 days to clear. However we aim to achieve this within 5 days When your return has been processed for an exchange or replacement or if a replacement item is out of stock, then we will inform you by letter or e-mail

Legals

Reference to masculine gender include the feminine; to the singular include the plural. A customer is the person paying for the goods, referred to above as "you". Benzina is the trading name of Greg and Joanna Pullen, LHG, Kings Road, Easterton SN10 4PX referred to us "our" and "we" above.

We only keep your details to allow us to process your order and contact you regarding Benzina products and goods. Please let us know if you would prefer us not to keep in touch.
