Like the Mille Miglia, the Motogiro raced across public roads following the famous red arrows, banned in 1957 as being too dangerous. The Italians called it “ La sfida temeraria” – the reckless challenge. And that was on 175cc ‘bikes – imagine if it had survived until the 70’s when superbikes arrived. Please note the Marl finish to this shirt contains other fibres and is labeled 50% polyester although we are assured the actual content is much lower
